All our repairs are covered by our same day service sometimes repairs can take longer however we will let you know if this does occur.

While repairing the initial fault with your device we may find additional faults which also requires repair.

You will have received a report about the fault found and how this can effect your devices functionality.

All recommended repairs are 100% optional.

All devices are shipped with Royal Mail tracked Guaranteed service with up to £500 warranty cover.

Your device is placed inside our special packaging to ensure your device is well protected during delivery.

We recommend that you backup your device, remove all linked accounts such as your icloud account then factory reset your device.

We require that we can access the device so we can test the phone after the repair.

PLEASE REMEMBER WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS ON YOUR DEVICE

Usually all repairs carried out by a third party (Not the manufacturer) voids your devices warranty.

Accidental damage is also usually not covered by your device warranty.

All our repairs come with 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated.

We use two types of products:

Original/Refurbished: These are original parts from another device which are fully working / refurbished by ourselves.

High Quality Parts: This are parts which are by a third party, this parts still are of the highest quality and are still covered by our 12 month warranty.
